Rebel Optics LLC Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that gift cards, sticker packs and tear off packs are non-returnable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at jminnix@rebelopticsllc.com and have your order confirmation number ready (e.g. RO1234).
Once we receive your unused item in its original packaging, we will send you an email notification and process your refund within 3 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and/or your bank. If you still require assistance, please reach out to us at info@rebelopticsllc.com.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable, and we only exchange unused items in their original packaging.

Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
**Warranty Policy**
Rebel Optics LLC provides a 90-day Limited Warranty for all
products. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only. To
validate the purchase date, a proof of purchase may be necessary. In the event
of a defective item, customers are required to notify Rebel Optics via email at info@rebelopticsllc.com to determine next steps. Once Rebel Optics LLC has confirmed, the product will need to be
returned in order to receive the replacement.
